Smartworld Developers Awards Construction Contract Worth Rs 581 Crore to Ahluwalia Contracts

Smartworld Developers has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 581 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd for its luxury residential project, Smartworld The Edition, on Gurugram’s Golf Course Extension Road.
Spread over 10 acres with a saleable area of 3 million sq ft, Smartworld The Edition is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 6000 crore.
“This project has been conceptualized with a vision to offer a unique living experience to our residents. Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has set a benchmark in the construction industry,” said Vivek Singhal, CEO, Smartworld Developers.
Smartworld The Edition has been designed by international consulting partners like Studio Symbiosis, Red Landscape, Greymatters, and That’s ITH.
